Our DIY option is designed for couples who prefer to personally handle the majority of their wedding planning, vendor selection, and coordination.

INCLUDED:

WEDDING VENUE
Full use of Hilton Farms LLC Wedding Venue for your wedding celebration 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

DAY-OF EVENT COORDINATOR
Day-of coordination is included to assist with the flow and timeline of your wedding day.

CLEANUP
Post-event cleanup so you can focus on celebrating with your guests.

PLEASE NOTE:

The DIY package does not include additional wedding vendors or services.

All vendors and services outside of the venue and day-of coordination are the responsibility of the Client to research, select, book, and coordinate.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • DJ/Entertainment

  • Photography

  • Videography

  • Hair & Makeup

  • Bakery/Cake

  • Décor

  • Florals

  • Catering/Food Service

  • Security

  • Cleanup

  • Photo Booths

  • Content Creators

  • And any other services desired for your wedding

All outside vendors must meet Hilton Farms LLC's venue requirements, and all required vendor information must be provided to Hilton Farms LLC prior to the event.

VENDOR INSURANCE REQUIREMENT

All vendors hired by the Client are required to carry appropriate liability insurance.

A current Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided to Hilton Farms LLC prior to any vendor entering or providing services on the property.

No vendor will be permitted on the Hilton Farms LLC property to provide services without the required COI on file.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all vendors they hire are aware of and comply with Hilton Farms LLC's insurance requirements and that all required vendor information and COIs are submitted to the Venue prior to the event.
